Cancellations & Refunds Policy

Effective Date: February 21, 2025

1. Flight Bookings

• Cancellation Fee: $250 per ticket.
  
  
• Rescheduling Fee: $300 per ticket, subject to availability.
  
  
• Process: To cancel or reschedule, contact us at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure. Fees must be paid at the time of request.
  
  

2. Hotel Bookings

• Cancellation Fee: $500 per reservation if canceled more than a month before check-in.
  
  
• Rescheduling Fee: $300 per reservation, subject to availability.
  
  
• Process: To cancel or reschedule, notify us at least 30 days before the check-in date. Fees apply upon confirmation of the request.
  
  

3. Refunds

• Eligibility: Refunds are processed after deducting the applicable fees.
  
  
• Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 business days of confirmation.
  
  
• Non-Refundable: Payments made for services rendered are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
